  • Film Academy for age 13-15

    Are you interested in making your fantasy become true?   This is the right course for you. Come to learn basic concepts and theories, explore and try your imagination for a future career.  You never know, you might be the next Steven Spielberg who produced so many great movies.


    The two weeks course cover -


    -  Directing theory, technical training, camera races

    -  Practice shoot

    -  Shoot day  (3 days)

    -  Pick-ups

    -  Edit day (3 days)

    -  Final edit day and screening

    -  Learn how to use cutting-edge equipment and software, including Macs and Final Cut Pro

    -  Talks and debates with world-class quest speakers

  • Fashion and Textile Design for age 13-15

    Always like to make beautiful dress or coat for your family or yourself?   This is the right course for you.  Come to learn basic concepts and theories, explore and try your imagination for a future career.  You never know, you might be the next Coco Channel or Karl Lagerfeld who lead the fashion in the world.


    The two weeks course cover -

    A.  1st Week

    -  Introduction and warm-up drawing activities

    -  A3  mixted media reponse to objecdts

    -  Trip to Pitt Rivers Museum

    -  Fashion / Textiles approaches to recording and presenting research for design

    -  Developing a motif

    -  Creating a low relief motif in wire and repeat pattern designs using wax resist

    -  Surface pattern created by relief frottage wax resist with ink 

    -  Scale insurface pattern

    -  Silhouette design

    -  Colour theory (submit work for assessment)

    -  Contextual Studies reponding to other designers

    -  Collage fashion illustration

    -  Low relief collage fashion illustration


    B.  2nd Week

    -  Consolidation

    -  Final collaged fashion illustrations

    -  Figure drawing activity

    -  Consolidation

    -  Final collage fashion illustrations or stretch activity

    -  Shape and texture in paper

    -  Shaping flat pieces for garment construction paper dress group activity

    -  Workship  5 - moodboards

    -  Moodboards / final design
